RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
At Jharokha Heritage, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only if a request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact us at jharokhaheritage@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.
After verification, we may offer:

A replacement of the same product, or

Store credit, if a replacement is unavailable.
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not provide exchanges, refunds, or replacements for:
